Meet the Attorneys of Clingan Tull Easley, PLLC
· Eric Clingan, Partner:
Attorney Eric Clingan is veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He began his legal career in Arizona and is licensed to practice before U.S. Federal Court and all Virginia courts, including the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court. He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association's Criminal Law and Family Law Sections. Mr. Clingan practices in the areas of criminal law, including DUI/traffic cases, family law and personal injury.
· Travis Tull, Partner:
Attorney Travis Tull was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, and practices in Virginia courts, as well as, the Federal court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Federal bankruptcy court. He is a member of the Virginia, Fairfax and American Bar Associations. Attorney Tull focuses on criminal cases and civil litigation in the areas of real estate, commercial, construction, corporate and bankruptcy law. He is also fluent in Arabic and Spanish.
· Darwyn Easley, Partner:
Attorney Darwyn Easley is a former United States Army veteran, former judicial law clerk for the Arlington County Circuit Court and former Assistant Public Defender in Fairfax. He currently focuses on traffic violations, DUIs, and misdemeanor and felony criminal defense. He is a member of the Virginia and Fairfax bar associations, as well as the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Northern Virginia Black Attorneys Association.
· Kristina Cruz, Associate Attorney:
Associate attorney Kristina Cruz practices in the areas of family law, divorce, criminal defense and civil litigation. Fluent in Spanish, she works closely with many of our Spanish-speaking clients. She also worked for the Centre County Public Defender Office in Pennsylvania.
